The best moments of my productivity journey have always been
those “aha” moments when I realised how small changes can lead to big
improvements.

It was like a revelation each time I discovered another
secret to maximising my day:

“OMG.....This is a game changer!”

I still remember a few days after I discovered my chronotype,
the amazing impact it had on my productivity and overall well-being.

I started tweaking my schedule and saw a dramatic increase
in my efficiency and focus in just a few weeks.

What shocked me was how sustainable these changes
were...even as my workload increased.

I couldn’t believe it!

Every book I had read told me that to be productive, you need to follow a
rigid, one-size-fits-all schedule.

But I was just one person, finding my unique rhythm and
